JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That present petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate Writ/Writs, Order/Orders, Direction/Directions commanding to and the respondents' concerned authorities for payment of welfare amount after death of husband of the petitioner who was member of Bihar Advocates Welfare Trustee Committee, Patna since 13-121985 along with admissible interest thereupon with retrospective effects."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-

Patna High Court CWJC No.1925 of 2023(3) dt.18-07-2023 2/2 Bihar Advocate's Welfare Trustee Committee has submitted that the death claim amount of the husband of the petitioner has already been sanctioned by the Trustee Committee in its meeting held on 30.01.2023, and payment of the death claim has been allowed, subject to filing of indemnity bond by the petitioner, which should be signed before the Secretary, Trustee Committee.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case, the petitioner files appropriate indemnity bond, direction be issued to pay the death claim amount, forthwith. It is directed accordingly.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
