2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 173 of 2024 registered under Sections 344, 523, 504, 509, 494 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-8 of the POCSO Act.
3. In pursuance of the order dated 29-08-2025, the petitioner Muskan and her husband (informant) along with their minor daughter namely Lavya Gautam are physically present. It has been submitted by them that due to some misunderstanding, the dispute arose and now, they are residing together in a cordial atmosphere.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 173 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
