07.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Agam Kuan P.S. Case No. 383 of 2014 registered under Sections 399, 402, 420, 467, 468, 471, 489A, 489B, 489C and 489M/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna.

Considering that now the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party. For which reason he is

No.27131 of 2015 (3) dt.07-10-2015 directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Patna, and the Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
