The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present contempt application has been filed seeking noncompliance of the order dated 30.03.2017 in C.W.J.C. No.5278 of 2016.
The learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that after passing of the order dated 30.03.2017, the authorities decided the representation submitted by the petitioner holding that there is no encroachment on the land.
At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt application
Patna High Court MJC No.3198 of 2017(2) dt.23-02-2023 2/2 with liberty to assail the order dated 30.12.2017 (Annexure-D). Permission is accorded.
