JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 01-03-2019 The petitioner, who was one of the applicants for being considered for appointment on the post of Anganbari Sevika is aggrieved by the appointment of private respondent No. 5 on the aforesaid post.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the appointment of private respondent No. 5 is de-hors the rules made in that regard.

3. However, this Court, on going through the petition has found that the petitioner has not approached the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3818 of 2019 dt.01-03-2019 2/2 concerned authority for ventilating her grievances.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstance, the petitioner is directed to make a complaint before the District Programme Officer, Bhagalpur within a period of four weeks from today, who on receipt of such complaint shall, after hearing the petitioner, private respondent No. 5 and other stake holders pass a reasoned order within a period of six weeks thereafter.

5. Needless to state that if the petitioner still remains aggrieved and not satisfied, she would have the option of making an appeal before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed off.
