The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 341/506/354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is to take the victim inside a hut where the victim was molested by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8304 of 2022(6) dt.29-06-2022 2/2 the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence in the manner alleged. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2021.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-VI, POCSO, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Mahila), Case No. 69 of 2021.
The application stands allowed.
