JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-11-2022 The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present case is that though the petitioner was granted some amount under the Prime Minister Aawas Yojna No. 96 of the year 2017-2018 for constructing his house, however, except the said initial amount, no further outstanding sum has been paid to him.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gopalganj for

Patna High Court CWJC No.10460 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Gopalganj shall take appropriate action thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
