Petitioner is named in the first information report along with several other persons but no specific overt-act has been attributed against him and having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, Khalique Raza Khan @ Laddu Khan has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43215 of 2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent which is evident from perusal of para-3 of the petition and is languishing in jail custody since 28.04.2015.
