The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni (Refinery) P.S. Case No.404 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 07.09.2019 at about 09.00 A.M., the informant Sanjeev Kumar withdrew Rs.2000/- from the ATM. Later on, the informant received SMS on his mobile about withdrawal of Rs.9000/- from his account. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused Dilkhush Kumar.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, DistrictBegusarai, in connection with Barauni (Refinery) P.S. Case No.404 of 2019.
