JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-12-2022 This writ application has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.That this criminal writ petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/directions to the Respondents to provide security, protection and to take legal and proper action against the private respondent no.6 because the Respondent no.6 has threatened to the petitioner to kidnapped her daughter aged about three years old at the time of going to school because the Respondent no.6 along with his antisocial elements have demanded Rs. 1 crore as ransom to the petitioners husband and threatened to murder the petitioner's family member other not be

The writ application was filed in the year 2018, at this stage no one is putting appearance on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ application. It seems that by efflux of time the petitioner has lost interest and is no longer interested in the reliefs prayed for.
