04. 13.07.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 220 of 2013 arising out of Khaira P.S. Case No. 143 of 2012 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamui.

Considering the Report of the S.P. Jamui that now all the witnesses have been examined, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
