The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Bhabhi of the informant with Pasiya, resulting in cut injury of her right hand finger.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is none else but own Bhabhi of informant and are residing in same courtyard. Injury is simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let
