2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamal Thana P.S. Case No. 332 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(1), 351(2), 109(1), 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is not the assailant of the victim and one Pankaj is said to be the assailant of the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the application of the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts of the case, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-IV-cumACJM-IV/concerned Court below in connection with Sahebpur Kamal Thana P.S. Case No. 332 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
