JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 25(1-b) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 10.5.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case against the petitioner. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence. As per prosecution case, one country made pistol and five cartridges are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Same has been denied by the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38020 of 2015 (4) dt.08-10-2015 2 / 2 the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case no.90 of 2015.
