JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-06-2020 The petitioner has filed the present writ application seeking direction to the respondent Bihar State Food & Civil supplies Corporation Limited, Patna, for payment of retiral dues. The petitioner claims that he was working as Assistant Manager under the Corporation and retired with effect from 31.03.2010.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner could not approach this Court earlier because of the criminal cases pending against him. He has now been granted bail in criminal cases.

Be that as it may, considering the nature of relief,

Patna High Court CWJC No.3971 of 2019(3) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 which the petitioner is seeking, this application is disposed of with a direction that let the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2019, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-P/2 of the writ application, be considered and disposed of within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
