The petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 599 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, specific allegation of assault upon the deceased is against Deepak Kumar Sharma. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he is only alleged to have brought Khanti.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner and he is in custody since 22.11.2021. Investigation is complete. Counsel for informant however vehemently opposed

In para 18, 19, 120, 121, 122 and 123 it has come that petitioner was the assailant of deceased. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S.
