The petitioner being the father of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 20.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 120B, 201 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific against the petitioner and on conclusion of the investigation the petitioner was not sent up for trial, but differing with the final form cognizance has been

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the husband is still absconding. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been sent up for trial, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 04 of 2014.
