The present modification application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 29.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 49850 of 2021 whereby the petitioner was granted bail with a condition that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner died prior to filing of the present bail application and inadvertently the said fact could not be stated in the bail application.

The order dated 29.01.2022 is modified to be read as 'one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his cousin brother,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10390 of 2022(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 Raj Kishore' instead of 'one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father'. The order dated 29.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 49850 of 2021 is modified to the extent indicated above. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishi/- U T
