2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"to pay fair compensation along with penal interest till the date of actual payment to the petitioners whose land has been acquired vide Notification No. 796 dated 09.04.2010 under the National Highway Act, 1956 for widening the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17620 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/3 NH-57A from 0/km to 12.60/km at Indo-Nepal Border, Jogbani."
3. A counter affidavit has come on behalf of the respondent no. 5 and 7 and learned State counsel has taken this Court to the different paragraphs to show that compensation has been received so far as the petitioners named here in below are concerned:

4. So far as the petitioner no. 6 and 8 is concerned, it has been informed by the learned State counsel that they have not submitted documents relating to their Title over the land.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that so far as the petitioner no.6 and 8 are concerned, they shall be submitting their requisite documents alongwith fresh representation before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Araria.
6. Since, the petitioner no. 1 to 5 and 7 have already received the compensation amount, if they still have some
Patna High Court CWJC No.17620 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 3/3 grievance, they can very well approach the appropriate authority.
7. Regarding petitioner no.6 and 8, learned counsel undertakes that they shall be filing the documents in next four weeks with representation before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Araria.
8. If such petition is preferred within a period of four weeks, the concerned authority shall take up the matter and dispose it of preferably by 31.03.2025.
9. Granting liberty to all the petitioners to approach appropriate authority and submit documents before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Araria, the writ petition stands disposed of.
