JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing for the Ara Municipal Corporation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with a liberty to move before the respondent no.4 by filing a fresh application giving specific details of the areas of the house along with relevant materials for deciding as to whether the holding tax which was enhanced from Rs. 636/- to Rs. 1748/- per year was justified or not.

The writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid, in the event, if any representation is filed before the respondent no.4 within 15 days from today, the respondent no.4 shall look into the matter and will decide the
