NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation (hereinafter referred to as 'the Corporation'.

Petitioner retired from the post of Conductor w.e.f. 30.09.2011 from Jehanabad Depo under the Gaya Division of the Bihar Road Transport Corporation. He submits that post retiral benefits, revised salary due to time bound promotion as well as the benefit of 5 and 6th pay revision, dearness allowance till January, 2011, interest @ 18% per annum and all dues has not yet been given to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8766 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of prayer so made, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 2 which will be considered and disposed of by the respondent no. 2 or its officials within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of such representation. The amount is to be paid along with admissible interest within a period of one month thereafter. If certain amount is not payable to the petitioner, the same shall be enumerated in speaking order which would be sent to the petitioner by the registered post. (Nilu Agrawal, J) devendra/- U
