The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "(i) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent state authorities not to indulge in gross and indiscriminate discrimination in allotment of developmental schemes with respect to different Panchayats at the block level as the bulk of the schemes up to 70 to
Patna High Court CWJC No.3884 of 2023(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/3 80% have been allotted to one particular Panchayat of block Pramukh and rest of Panchayats are left out in the lurch and in the processes the residents of other Panchayats are denied the benefits of developmental works which is not only violative of the guidelines issued by the Govt. from time to time but at the same time majority of population of a particular Panchayat are denied the fruits of development..
(ii) Issuance of any other writ/writs, order/orders: direction/directions to grant relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the respondent No. 6 who is Pramukh of Kargahar Block, Rohtas is diverting all the fund for the development of her area making all the other areas high and dry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite approaching all the respondents, they have chosen to

5. Learned State counsel submits that if a proper petition is preferred, the allegation shall be looked into and an appropriate decision will be taken.
6. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner prefers petition alongwith all the relevant documents highlighting the irregularities/illegalities committed by the respondent No. 6, the Pramukh, Kargahar Block, Rohtas, the concerned District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram shall be taking up the matter and after hearing all the necessary parties shall pass a reasoned order preferably within a period of four months from the date, the petition alongwith their documents is/are received in his office.
