It is expected that the respondent authority will honour of his commitment which has been mentioned in the supplementary counter affidavit and pass necessary order in

Patna High Court CWJC No.934 of 2017 (11) dt.03-11-2017 this regard. If the State would fail to pass such final order deleting the name of the petitioner from item no.728, the petitioner will be at liberty to file an application for revival of the case.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
