In the considered view of the Court, the present
Patna High Court MJC No.378 of 2020(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 petition is not maintainable in view of the fact that the opposite parties have already complied with the order dated 04.07.2019, passed in CWJC No. 8781 of 2019, titled as Anuradha Kumari Vs. the State of Bihar and Ors. Pursuant to the said order, the opposite parties have passed an order dated 22.06.2020, issued by District Programme Officer (Establishment), Lakhisarai, (Annexure-10 of the show cause dated 21.07.2020). As such, it cannot be said that the opposite parties have not taken any steps or that there is willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court.
The present petition stands dismissed.
