2. Petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offences under Section 376 of the Penal Code, Section 6 of the POCSO Act. He is named in the First Information Report as the one who committed rape on the victim after confining her sister-in-law in another room. Petitioner is in jail custody with effect from 31.07.2014.

3. In the circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 23/2014.
