2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(1), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

As per the prosecution case, on 11.07.2024 at about 1:00 PM, while the informant was at her home, these petitioners came and started abusing her and on protest, they dragged her out of the house and thereafter, petitioner no. 1 assaulted on the head of informant by means of Tangi, whereas petitioner no. 2 snatched gold ear-ring from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7881 of 2025(2) dt.04-03-2025 2/2 both parties are next door neighbours and due to land dispute, an altercation took place between the parties. Injuries, allegedly caused by petitioners, are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 287 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
