Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49518 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2016 30-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
These petitions for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 328, 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Having regard to the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage, accordingly, their prayer for bail is rejected in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapool) P.S. Case No. 404 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah.
However, the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after six months.
