The petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.08.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 20/22 The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances act, 1985 From the possession of the petitioner 1.200 k.gs. of 'Ganja' were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, a statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition. Moreover, the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the quantum of recovery and the investigation has already concluded, let the above named
