Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the OP No. 2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 494 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the case was referred for mediation and the dispute was resolved in between the parties as the petitioner was ready to pay a monthly maintenance of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand).

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the OP No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8481 of 2025(4) dt.01-11-2025 2/2 2 submits that petitioner is paying the amount of monthly maintenance as agreed in cash as IFSC code of Punjab National Bank has been incorrectly recorded by the learned Mediator. It is submitted that the Saving Bank Account No. of the OP No. 2 is 2309001700080433, and IFSC Code is PUNBO230900 held with PNB, Kawakol Branch, District Nawada. Learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that from henceforth the amount of maintenance as agreed shall be deposited in the account as recorded hereinabove.

Since the dispute in between the parties stands resolved, as such the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 702 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
