That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order or orders in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the notice dt. 02.04.2016 issued under the signature of respondent No.4, the Circle Officer, Khodawandpur, District- Begusarai, by which the respondent No.4 directed the petitioner to remove the residential house of the petitioner in which the petitioner and his ancestors were/is residing since more than 100 years without following any procedure of law and further for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents to not

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
