2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 115 of 2024 dated 30.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 337, 307, 379 and 504 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that both the parties are co-villagers and the alleged occurrence relates to free fight having taken place in between both the parties, resulting in injuries to both the sides and the case of the petitioner's side was lodged on the basis of the fardbeyan of the petitioner which was recorded by him in injured condition and his injury report has also been filed with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13934 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 this petition as Annexure-3 and the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation appearing against the petitioner as well as aforesaid submissions and the petitioner's plea as to free fight having taken place in between both the parties coupled with his fair and clean antecedent, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 115 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Shailendra Singh, J) annu/- U T
