JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased. The death of the deceased is in other than normal circumstance as the viscera report reflects that she died of poison. There is allegation of illegal demand of dowry as well as torture and therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at least at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 117/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi stands rejected.
