2. He has produced the order dated 27.12.2016, which has been issued under the signature of the Under Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension. It is his stand and contention that this order has been passed as part of the compliance of the directive issued by the Central Administrative Tribunal on 27.10.2016 in C.P. No. 050/00106/2015 arising out of O.A. No. 799 of 2013.

3. The Union of India would be well advised to produce the above order, may be by way of an affidavit, before the Tribunal and the Tribunal will apply its judicious mind whether it amounts to sufficient compliance regarding its directives or not.

4. Counsel representing the private respondent submits that he has no objection as such to the directive, which is being issued by the Court in the given facts, which is emerging before this Bench today.

5. The writ application stands disposed of with the above observation.

6. The order dated 27.12.2016 of the Ministry is placed on record for any future reference.
