JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the office of the learned Lokayukta to take all the defences as is available under the law, including the grounds raised before this Court. It is further prayed that the petitioner be given liberty to approach this Court in case any adverse order is passed by the office of the learned Lokayukta.
In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present case with liberty to the petitioner to approach the office of the learned Lokayuikta and take all the points which are available to him under the law apart from filing a
Patna High Court CWJC No.18910 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 petition, raising requisite objection regarding the continuance of the proceedings. The learned Lokayukta is requested to consider the said objections of the petitioner and dispose off the same at the inception.
The petitioner is further granted liberty to take recourse to such remedies as are available to him under the law in case any adverse order is passed against him.
The present writ petition is disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
