This is an application for grant of bail to the above named petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 21/2021 arising out of Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 43/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 324, 307, 302 and 124 IPC.

Earlier, by order dated 27.02.2024, a report regarding the stage of the case has been called for form the Trial Court, which has since been received. 3.

Perused the report dated12.03.2024 kept at Flag 'R'. The case is pending before the court below for arguments.

However, Mr. Ashok Kumar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that now the records of this case stand transferred to another court.

Be that as it may, the court which is in seisin of the matter is directed to conclude the trial within a period of four months, failing which, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again for grant of bail.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
