JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the appeal of the petitioner against the order of punishment dated 15.04.2010 is pending before the respondent no. 3, hence it is prayed that the same be disposed of.
In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no. 3 is directed to dispose of the pending appeal of the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today by a reasoned and speaking order after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner herein. The writ petition is disposed of.
