The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1196 of 2018 ( G.R. No. 6857 of 2018) for the offence under Section 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.12.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and after investigation police has already submitted charge sheet, let, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial
