2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1319 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the IPC and 138 of the N.I. Act.
3. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It has further alleged that informant's

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the parties with their consent opted to live separately and to this effect, a compromise entered into between the parties before the panch of the village and a compromise petition to this effect was prepared which has been filed along with this petition. According to compromise petition, the petitioner assured the complainant to give Rs. 15 lakhs and out of which, Rs. 1.50 lakh has been paid before the Panchayati. He has further submitted that petitioner will return the remaining amount of Rs. 13.50 lakhs within four months in equal installments.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st ClassIV/ concerned Court, Bihar Sharif (Nalanda) in connection with Complaint Case No. 1319(C) of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the remaining amount of Rs. 13.5 lakhs to the complainant in four equal monthly installments.
