Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
At an earlier occasion it has been alleged by the informant Pramila Devi against the petitioner along with Prahlad Sahni, Jiya Lal Sahni, Chandra Bhushan to have threatened. It has also been disclosed that on 27.05.2008 Mohan Sahni came to her house and took away his son Rajesh Kumar and since thereafter Rajesh Kumar is missing. From perusal of the case diary, it is apparent that activities of Rajesh Kumar has been perceived in different aspect also as is evident from paragraph 40, wherein deceased was found to be a notorious criminal as well as paragraph 52, whereunder deceased was shown to be under illicit relationship
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47782 of 2014 (3) dt.30-03-2015 the daughter-in-law of one Shankar Singh. Apart from that, there happens to be complete absence of concrete evidence against the petitioner along with others so named in the FIR and on account thereof, other FIR named accused have already been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos.18374 of 2013, 39897 of 2013, 28867 of 2014.
Consequent thereupon, petitioner Sanjay Kr. Singh @ Sanjay Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sheohar connection with Shyampur Bhataha P.S. Case No.25 of 2008.
