This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that ransom was demanded through message from mobile no.9931800520 and the mobile from which the rangdari was claimed was registered in the name of father of the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail custody since 07.08.2015 having no criminal antecedent. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50325 of 2015 (3) dt.09-02-2016 Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairganiya P.S. Case No. 142/2015 subject to condition that the petitioner shall not indulge in such activity in future and any such activity is reported, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the trial court.
