JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 09-11-2017 While disposing of Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 14177 of 2017 on 09.10.2017, it is pointed out that due to certain error which has crept in the writ petition, the vehicle number has been wrongly mentioned and seeking correction of the vehicle number, this application has been filed for modification. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we find that in the order passed on 09.10.2017 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 14177 of 2017, the vehicle number has been mentioned as JH-09X-2974, whereas, according to the petitioner,

Patna High Court MJC No.3192 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 the correct vehicle number is JH-09X-2924.

Accordingly, this application is allowed and it is ordered that the vehicle directed to be released on 09.10.2017 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 14177 of 2017 is vehicle No. JH09X-2924, a Scorpio vehicle. With the aforesaid correction, the application stands disposed of.
