2. Petitioners are accused in a case for the offences under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act registered on the statement of a police officer that both these petitioners were
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46610 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 apprehended with a stolen motorcycle and armed with loaded country-made pistol of .315 bore and driving licence of one Amit Kumar was recovered from the custody of one of the petitioners. After arrest of the petitioners in the present case both were remanded in Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 400/14.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that besides the present case and Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 400/14, petitioner is not accused in any other case.
4. Let the aforesaid fact be verified by the court below and if found correct petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 417/2014.
