1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(1), 115(1), 352, 351(1), 351(2), 109(1) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that the petitioner along with Ankush Kumar were roaming around his house with pistol in hand. On objection, they fired thereafter the informant raised an alarm when the villagers started gathering and the accused fled away leaving their motorcycle behind, accordingly, the police was informed and the motorcycle was handed over to the police. Further, the son of the informant was accompanying the police when the accused

No.8017 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/3 persons including the petitioner intercepted him and petitioner assaulted him by rod causing injury on hand, thereafter on orders of Pappu Yadav, who was carrying gun, Ranjit Yadav assaulted his son by lathi while Chano Devi and Renu Devi assaulted by bricks.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that the antecedent which the petitioner carries was also with respect to an FIR instituted by the side of the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of Annexure-3, it would manifest that the injury suffered by the injured is simple in nature. It is also submitted that petitioner is a young boy aged about 19 years and if he is sent to judicial custody he may come in contact with the hardened criminals and his entire career would get jeopardized.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8017 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 3/3 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 337 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.

7. One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his sister Puja Kumari.
