Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2031(C)/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 498(A) 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioners are said to have tortured the complainant physically and mentally for non-fulfillment of additional demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is still

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No.2031(C)/2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
