JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 376/34 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He further submits that one of the co-accused, namely, Durga Kumar, has already been granted bail. The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2011. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Patna in connection with S.T. No. 750 of 2011, arising out of Kankarbagh P.S. case no. 38 of 2011.
