The petitioner seeks bail in Buddhuchak P.S. Case No.10 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. A suspicion terned to be allegation of rape was raised on the mentally retarded daughter of the informant. The mother and father have deposed and mother has found sign of rape on the private part of the victim. The petitioner is aged about 67 years and has committed heinous crime. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the
