2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 263 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 303(2), 238 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown persons are said to have killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2025.

5. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the statement of one Ravi Ranjan Kumar and the blood stained jeans, purse and blood stained vest etc worn by the deceased have been recovered.

6. Considering the fact that the deceased has been killed brutally by the accused persons, this Court is not inclined

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. If the trial of the petitioner is delayed by the prosecution side then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

9. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
