Having dispute amongst the parties over grazing of crop, it has been alleged at the instance of informant that petitioner Lalit Yadav along with Mahendra Yadav, Munsi Yadav, Pokhan Yadav, Anil Yadav, Gulo Yadav, Rohit Yadav, Angrej Yadav armed variously came on an order of petitioner Lalit Yadav, they began to assault with the lathi and Danda and during midst thereof, petitioner has assaulted with iron rod over head of Mithlesh Rai. From the order impugned it is apparent that victim had sustained single injury having dimension 2"x1/2"x1/4". At an initial stage regarding nature of injury was kept reserved however, after C.T.
