This application is for modification in the main petition of Cr.W.J.C. 1882/2017 to the extent that registration number of the vehicle should be corrected as MP-17 HH 4193 which has wrongly been typed in paragraph-1 of the writ application as MP-17 HH-4139.

Let the writ application as well as order dated 16.10.2017 passed in Cr.W.J.C.No.1882/2017 be corrected as Truck bearing Registration No.MP-17HH-4193.

With the aforesaid modification, this MJC
