The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to assail the aforesaid order dated 29.06.2019, by filing appropriate appeal.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of six weeks from today, the certificate case in question, which has been instituted against the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.3700 of 2020(3) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal to be filed by the petitioner.
